We require a valid card on file in order to reserve appointments. For cancelations, less than 24 hours before the appointment we charge 50% of the service total to the card on file. For no call/no shows we charge 100% of the service to the card on file.

*Deposits for 3 hour and 4 hour appointments:
A non refundable deposit is required for 3 hour appointments ($150) and 4 hour appointments ($200). The deposit is transferable if the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours, or more, of the appointment time. Otherwise the deposits are non-refundable. If you no show, you will be charged the correct amount as stated in the above cancelation policy, less your deposit.
